My name is Kara Crow. I am a Personal Trainer and Wellness Coach in Boston, MA. I have been working in the wellness industry since 2010, collaborating with and guiding my clients on their journey towards their desired health outcomes. I am NASM-CPT certified, Precision Nutrition Level 1 & 2 Certified as well as a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach. I have experience training clients for sports performance in distance running and skiing, weight loss, strength gains, muscle gains, kettlebell training and successful aging. I also work with my clients on setting habits and creating structure for behavior change that is a crucial component to reaching their goals.
Now, more than ever, our physical and mental wellness is a key driver in the overall health of the human system. Between work stress, personal stress and Covid related stress there are far too many opportunities to let our health deteriorate. Since you cannot pour from an empty cup, I am here to help you find time in your day for wellness so that you can feel invigorated, whether that's finding the workout program that's right for you, a quick movement protocol for in between countless meetings, a healthier meal option, a meditation or breath work practice or a conversation about shifting your mindset to better suit the life practices you strive to achieve.
At the end of the day, success is a direct result of our engagement with day to day habits that help us to transform the moments that could derail us into moments that propel us forward. My role is to help you find the right protocol that works for you at this time in your life.
